helpful staff convenient amenities electrical socket patronizing attitude
The staff were courteous and helpful. Riduan and Syafiq welcomed my family and helped us with checking in. Aqilah was attentive with entertaining the kids with children's activities and rewards for participation. The room offered clean, spacious, comfortable, and convenient amenities.
I had trouble charging my phone at any of the electrical sockets in the room. Maintenance came and only one socket was fixed. The operator and bellhop had a patronizing attitude (i did not like this).

varied food whatsapp concierge outdated room brown water
I found the breakfast selection immense. It presented every type of food imaginable. the whatsapp concierge service was helpful. after check-in, the reception contacted me through whatsapp to ensure everything was satisfactory. any issues were addressed almost instantly. i found the chocolate fountains and watermelon bread interesting.
The room seemed quite outdated. the water supply in the bathroom turned brown. Even the toilet flushed brown gunk. this happened late at night just before bed.
